Salary: Six-Month Ramp-Up Compensation Package follow by a Commission Based Structure ($15,000 sign on bonus)

Key Responsibilities
• Business Development & Networking
Build a powerful referral network through targeted marketing, prospecting, and consistent community presence. Develop strong partnerships with real estate agents, builders, and local professionals to generate high-quality mortgage leads and elevate Trustco’s presence as the go-to lender.
• Community Engagement
Act as a brand ambassador at community events promoting homeownership and financial literacy. Your involvement strengthens Trustco’s legacy as a community-focused lender committed to helping families achieve their financial goals.
• Client Consultation & Loan Analysis
Meet and engage borrowers, assess financial and credit profiles, and understand their homeownership goals. As a portfolio lender, Trustco gives you flexibility, faster decisions, and the ability to offer clients tailored mortgage solutions that set you apart from competitors.
• Product Promotion & Client Education
Highlight Trustco’s full suite of mortgage programs, emphasizing our low interest rates, transparent terms, and unmatched client support. Provide easy-to-understand guidance so clients feel confident and informed at every step.
• Loan Processing & Documentation
Gather and organize all required documentation with accuracy and attention to detail. Collaborate with our in-house Mortgage Department to ensure fast, smooth processing and an exceptional client experience from application to closing.

Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent; previous sales experience in residential lending preferred. A bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Must be eligible and registered in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) in compliance with the SAFE Act.
- Fluent in English; bilingual a plus
- Access to reliable transportation
Schedule
Full-time position. Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Flexibility for evening and weekend work as needed.
Travel: Occasional travel within the community and surrounding areas to meet clients and attend networking events.
