Position Overview :

PCG is seeking a highly motivated and dependable Child Care Program Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations within our CalWORKs Welfare-to-Work / Refugee employment services program. The successful candidate will oversee our applicant and employer database to support our business services team effectively. Responsibilities will also include completing County paperwork and utilizing the CalSaws database for data entry and reporting tasks. This position is perfect for an administrative professional who possesses excellent attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for customer service. Reporting initially to the Child Care Supervisor, this role will require collaboration with various departments and contribute to maintaining a positive and healthy work environment.

Compensation :

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies based on numerous factors, including specific office location, role, skills, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG offers a reasonable compensation range for this role : $40,000 - $59,999. PCG also provides an attractive benefits package, including medical and dental care, a 401k plan, paid time off, parental leave, and bereavement leave.
