[job_card.job_description]Monday–Thursday : 9 : 30 AM – 6 : 00 PM Friday : 9 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM Engage with potential leads and guide them through the early stages of the home-buying journey Use warm calling techniques to connect with prospects and build strong, lasting relationships Ask thoughtful, targeted questions and actively listen to uncover and evaluate sales opportunities Prepare thoroughly for the NMLS state licensing exam with our instructor-led training, practice tests, and training material Previous mortgage experience is a plus, but not required At least one year of sales experience preferred (phone sales, automotive, financial services, insurance, fitness, etc.) Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable managing a high volume of outbound and inbound calls Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust Self-motivated, goal-driven mindset with the ambition to achieve a six-figure earning potential Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

We’re hiring Entry-Level Mortgage Consultants who are eager to learn and grow in the mortgage industry. No prior experience required— we actually prefer it . We’ll train you from the ground up and provide a clear, structured path to becoming a Licensed Loan Officer .
