Training Specialist

A company is looking for a Training Specialist to implement educational solutions that enhance product knowledge for customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain training materials in various formats

Conduct virtual training sessions and advanced onboarding for Training / LMS Specialists

Measure and report on the effectiveness of training programs

Required Qualifications

3+ years of training and curriculum development experience

2+ years of experience in the clinical research industry or medical field

1+ years of experience developing courses for SaaS products

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as science, medical, or education

Experience using eLearning authoring tools
