Compensation:$50,000 - $175,000 at plan yearly
Responsibilities:- Guide clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
- Conduct thorough research on available properties to provide clients with the best options that meet their needs and budget.
- Prepare and present compelling marketing materials and listing agreements to attract potential buyers.
- Negotiate favorable deals for clients, ensuring their best interests are always prioritized.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Eastern NC real estate market to offer informed advice and insights.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, building trust and long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with team members to manage leads effectively and maximize sales opportunities in Wilmington, NC.
Qualifications:- Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on the Wilmington, NC market.
- Ability to guide clients through the buying and selling process with ease and confidence.
- Proven track record of negotiating favorable deals that prioritize client interests.
- Strong research skills to identify and present the best property options for clients.
- Excellent communication skills to prepare and present compelling marketing materials.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Eastern NC real estate market trends and regulations.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.
- Must have a NC real estate license.
