Location Candidate must be Atlanta based.

Must be able to work onsite 4-5 days a week What You'll Do Hands on development position to build and deploy a mobile app that ties client software with mobile banking software.

Work within a lean startup-type environment, on an extremely fast paced and tight timeline Deliver within an Agile/sprint framework; participate in scrum ceremonies, such as daily stand ups, sprint retrospectives and sprint planning.

Define trade-offs between fast and long-term (identifying and communicating reusable vs. prototype-like methods) Regularly demonstrate progress.

Advise and lead client consulting engagements focusing on technical architecture, solution design, and technology execution.

Collaborate and align with a wide variety of both internal stakeholders and external vendors ranging from executives to junior resources.

What You'll Bring 8 + years of technical consulting or relevant software engineering and design experience. 4 + years of experience in cross-platform iOS & Android mobile development.

Extensive experience working with React Native and a solid understanding of nuance between iOS and Android (particularly form factor).

Experience with project-based work and demonstrated ability to act in a cross-development team that is building iOS and Android solutions simultaneously.

Experience being part of a team that includes contractors and full-time employees.

Experience leading a technical team of different levels, code reviews and mentoring junior level developers Positive attitude and an ability to work well with client and Experient Group team members. Extensive and broad experience and best practices in software engineering, custom application design and development, infrastructure/DevOps, cloud, and data.

Ability to evaluate, define, and when necessary, prototype and guide development teams in a hands-on manner on alternatives to determine the best approach for a given solution.

Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of personnel from technical to executive management and to influence stakeholders to get things done right.

Must be a self-starter, enthusiastic, and flexible Nice To Have Experience working with Vue.js.

Comfortable writing code as modular components to be reused across the application architecture.

DevOps capabilities with experience creating and maintaining pipelines for deployments.

Experience with unit testing and + E2E Integration/Automation Testing.

Experience publishing apps to the Apple Play Store and Google Play Store.
