Position Overview
As an RN Registered Nurse, you will oversee resident care, administer treatments, and ensure the overall well-being of patients. This role offers the opportunity to provide hands-on nursing care while collaborating with a supportive interdisciplinary team.

RN Registered Nurse Job Requirements:
• Active, unrestricted RN Registered Nurse license in New York
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and clinical judgment skills

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
• Monitor resident health and report changes promptly to physicians and families
• Perform wound care, tube feedings, and other direct care tasks as needed
• Develop, update, and review resident care plans
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Supervise nursing assistants and collaborate with the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Schedule:
• Full-time position
• 12-hour shifts: days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) and nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• In-person role in Bronx, NY 10456
