You ensure that your team has the information and tools needed to perform at their best. You demonstrate our committed pursuit of applying innovation to meet the requirements of our customers. You craft and execute strategies that result in sustainable value creation that delivers measurable results. These are highly dynamic, interactive positions. You will interact with numerous stakeholders including program management, systems engineering, flight hardware design engineers and logistical support services. Outstanding organizational and leadership skills are required to succeed in this role. / ppThis position will work a 9 / 80 schedule, with every other Friday off. / ppJob responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following : / pulliStaffing support to space systems programs / liliConducting quarterly performance evaluations and annual reviews / liliProviding technical leadership and guidance to the staff / liliManaging indirect, program direct, and capital needs / liliProfessional development and mentoring of direct reports / liliSupporting Functional Homeroom initiatives and projects which include process improvement, Event Response Teams, Corrective and Preventive Action implementation, Proposal efforts. / li / ululliDemonstrated ability in System Level Electrical Test and Evaluation / liliUnderstands NG test engineering practices and principles / liliUnderstands both electrical circuits and software within the flight hardware and EGSE / liliProvide support / guidance on test analysis, design reviews, and Test readiness reviews / liliExperience / knowledge of generating test procedures, electrical test equipment, electronics troubleshooting, and data reviews. / liliIn depth knowledge of Integration and Test process, flows, in respect to electrical testing needs from factory processing through Launch campaigns / liliGeneral frequent use and application of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques / liliOther duties as assigned / li / ulpBasic Qualifications : / pulliBachelors degree with 5 years of professional experience OR Masters degree with 3 years of professional experience. Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree. / li / ululliRequires an active U.S. Government DoD Top-Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope / li / ululliProven leadership experience on a project and / or team / liliExperience in the Aerospace and Defense industry / li / ulpPreferred Qualifications : / pulliKnowledge of spacecraft sub-assemblies and / or integration and test / liliExperience as an electrical / electronics engineer, Test Conductor, or System Test Engineer / liliProgramming experience with any of the following languages : Python, C, C++, Perl / liliExperience as a functional manager or lead Electrical Engineer for System level testing. / liliExperience in space systems and space system production, integration and test / li / ulpAs a leader with integrity, you ensure ethical conduct, balanced results, and partner satisfaction. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
