CNC Programmer

Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Programmer position include :

• 2–5 years of CNC programming experience in a production environment
• Proficiency in programming turret punch presses (Amada Vipros) and fiber optic lasers (Ermaksan)
• Strong ability to manage and optimize nesting software, including regular vendor coordination
• Experience with metal fabrication processes, mechanical drawings, and ERP systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, reduce scrap, and ensure quality standards
• Analyze CNC performance data and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Distribute and maintain accurate engineering documentation and production programs
• Participate in strategic planning, mentoring, and technical leadership development

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
