Branch Manager – Roofing Sales & Operation Location:

  • Chattanooga, TN Full-Time | Base + Full Sales Commission Opportunity Starting Base: $55,000–$60,000 + Project Manager Commission Structure Lead.

  • National Roof Co. (NRC) is growing across Tennessee and beyond — and we’re looking for a proven sales-driven leader to take charge of our Chattanooga Branch.
  • This role is for an experienced manager with construction knowledge and a passion for leading people, not just processes.
  • You’ll wear multiple hats — mentoring a small team, selling roofs, and ensuring operational success — while earning on every residential job you sell, just like your team.
  • What You’ll Do As Branch Manager, you’ll balance leadership and personal sales.
  • You'll be responsible for branch performance while actively working in the field to drive revenue and help homeowners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, and motivate your local sales team (Project Managers) Actively generate and close residential roofing sales Guide jobs from inspection through build and final review Track all projects accurately in AccuLynx and enforce usage with your team Coordinate with Corporate Sales Manager, Production and HQ to ensure jobs are on time and on budget Promote accountability and professionalism throughout your branch Serve as a key communicator between your team and NRC leadership What We’re Looking For Proven management experience (3+ years), ideally in construction or sales Hands-on sales skills with strong closing ability Excellent time management and team leadership skills Construction or roofing background highly preferred Proficiency in technology and CRMs (AccuLynx a plus) Must be able to work outdoors, lead by example, and problem-solve fast Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Compensation & Benefits This is a hybrid leadership + sales position.
  • You’ll receive a base salary plus the full residential sales commission structure used by Project Managers.

Pay Breakdown:
