Landing is looking for a proactive, resourceful Talent Acquisitions Expert who thrives on finding exceptional B2B sales talent. This role is heavily focused on sourcing, pipelining, and engaging top-performing sales professionals before they’re actively on the market. You’ll play a critical role in building and maintaining a continuous pipeline of candidates for current and future sales hiring needs.
Sales hiring drives company growth. Your ability to continuously source, engage, and pipeline high-performing B2B sales talent will directly impact our ability to scale and succeed.
