Shift: Days | Rotating Weekends
Schedule: 7–10 hour shifts
Reports To: Senior Vice President, Case Management (Regional Leadership)
Salary Range: $135,004 – $202,555 (based on experience)
Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis
A large, high-acuity acute care hospital in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an experienced Director of Case Management to provide enterprise-level leadership for hospital-wide case management operations. This role oversees care coordination, discharge planning, regulatory compliance, and resource utilization across the organization while driving quality outcomes and operational efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic and operational leadership for Case Management, Social Work, and Chaplain services
Direct daily operations, including staffing models, productivity, performance metrics, and regulatory compliance
Ensure effective care coordination and discharge planning with accurate and timely documentation
Lead performance improvement initiatives utilizing data analytics and outcome measurements
Collaborate with executive leadership, physicians, finance, legal, and compliance teams
Manage departmental resources to meet quality, throughput, and financial performance objectives
Maintain compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and accreditation requirements
Support interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure continuity of care across the healthcare continuum
Bachelor’s Degree – Required
Master’s Degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or Business Administration – Preferred
Active Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) license – Required
3+ years of acute care hospital case management experience – Required
2+ years of case management leadership experience – Required
