As the AI Manager of Growth & Acquisition, you will be responsible for driving the next wave of AI-powered marketing efficiency and scale. Sitting within the Growth Marketing team, this role focuses on front-end growth leverscontent, targeting, and audienceswhile partnering across Paid, SEO, and Lifecycle functions to deploy high-impact AI capabilities. The ideal candidate blends technical AI / ML fluency with strong growth marketing instincts, able to rapidly test, deploy, and scale acquisition plays that directly improve pipeline efficiency.

What You'll Do :

• AI Personalization Engines Build and optimize AI-driven personalization across website experiences, ad targeting, and email journeys to improve conversion.
• Generative AI for Creative Scale Deploy AI tools for high-volume, high-quality content production (ads, landing pages, SEO content) that accelerate campaign velocity.
• Predictive Audience Modeling Run machine learning models to identify high-intent segments, create lookalike audiences, and drive precision in paid channels.
• AI Market Research & Intelligence Leverage AI to synthesize competitive intelligence, identify whitespace, and guide smarter targeting strategies.
• Cross-Functional Experimentation Partner with Paid Media, SEO, and Lifecycle Marketing teams to design and scale AI-driven acquisition experiments.

• Improve visit-to-conversion rates through personalized and AI-optimized journeys.
