Job Summary:Super Micro Computer, Inc. is currently seeking a Program Manager to join our HQ located in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will serve as an individual contributor to support system product managers for material preparation operations during server product development process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
* Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of experience in computer systems or equivalent expertise
* Familiarity with Technical Services and related professional services
* Previous experience in roles such as Project Manager, Production Manager, or with large-scale Hybrid support organizations
* A deep understanding of Service infrastructures and support models
* Proficiency in Windows, Linux, Networking, and virtualization is essential
* Fluent in English, including speaking, writing, and presentation skills
* Strong organizational and communication abilities
$75,000 - $98,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
