About the Role

We are seeking a savvy, execution-oriented Technical Recruiter to help scale our world-class engineering and product teams. Youll play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and closing exceptional technical talentpeople who thrive at the intersection of data, infrastructure, and securitywhile helping define what a high-performing team looks like at WireScreen.

This is a full-cycle role, ideal for someone whos not only a great recruiter, but also a strong storyteller and creative sourcersomeone who can confidently explain our technical mission to candidates whove never heard of us, and knows where to find talent beyond .

What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and product roles, from first outreach to close, with a focus on mission-critical hires across backend, infrastructure, data, and product
• Partner with hiring managers to define role scopes, align on technical needs, build scorecards, and calibrate expectations based on market realities
• Source proactively and creativelyyou know how to tap into non-traditional networks, communities, and channels to find exceptional talent, not just profiles with polished resumes
• Pitch with technical fluencyyou can explain WireScreens tech stack, data challenges, and product direction with credibility and clarity to engineering candidates at any level
• Design and run tight hiring processes, ensuring consistency, speed, and great candidate experience throughout
• Use data to drive decisions, track performance metrics, and continuously improve how we attract, assess, and close top talent
• Contribute to employer branding, content, and technical outreach campaigns to increase visibility among high-caliber technical audiences
• Help build and refine our recruiting infrastructure, including tools, workflows, and best practices for long-term scaling
