Salary :

The UI / UX Developer is responsible for designing and developing user-centered digital experiences across SIGMA Groups websites and applications. This role bridges design and developmenttranslating UX strategy and visual design into functional, responsive, and performant front-end solutions. Working with the Visual Designer and backend developers, this developer ensures consistent, efficient, and accessible interfaces across all digital properties. Onsite or Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end design and front-end implementation of SIGMAs websites and internal applications, from wireframes to deployed interfaces.
• Build responsive, accessible, and performant front-end components using modern web technologies.
• Translate design prototypes and UX specifications into maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system and component library for use across SIGMAs web ecosystem.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and dynamic data into front-end interfaces.
• Conduct usability testing, performance reviews, and iterative improvements based on analytics and user feedback.
• Ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in collaboration with the Visual Designer.
• Provide technical input on UX architecture, content structure, and conversion optimization.
• Work with stakeholders across divisions to gather requirements and align solutions with business goals.
