Permanent Full Time RDH - Registered Dental Hygienist position in Novato general office for 5 days a week from 7:30AM - 5:30PM. #1486

We are a modern, state-of-the-art general dental office located in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are a thriving dental practice and are seeking an RDH Dental Hygienist to join our established and dedicated team. We are searching for a part-time or full-time member of our staff. Benefits included.

Duties and Responsibilities

-Perform hygiene clinical procedures, including oral prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, sealants, fluoride, oral cancer screenings and x-rays

-Educate patients ondd the importance of oral hygiene, as well as instructions and demonstrations of effective oral hygiene methods

-Communicate with doctor where there are opportunities in patients for restorative and/or periodontal needs

-Obtain and review dental history and/or records from patient (review patient health history and care slips) and ensure health history is updated for all returning patients
