Production Assistant

In this position, you'll work alongside our Production department to perform clerical and administrative tasks in order to drive company success. Responsibilities

• Prioritize, plan, schedule, and manage production activities to meet manufacturing objectives in timely and cost-effective manner
• Develop production plan and schedule to ensure continuous operations
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and specifications promptly and professionally
• Support the production department in the scheduling and management of window installations
• Ensure scheduled installs are being completed in a timely manner and troubleshoot any installation delays
• Provide recommendations for improvements on various production processes and procedures
• Oversee clerical tasks including, but not limited to, answering incoming phone calls, making outbound phone calls, keeping an inventory of office supplies, and ordering new materials
