The Aspire Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) develops exceptional early-career finance professionals through structured learning, global rotations, and hands-on leadership experience. As the Aspire Program Manager, you will lead, develop, and inspire a global cohort of early-career finance talent, driving a world-class program experience that strengthens Baker Hughes' future leadership pipeline.

The Aspire Program Manager oversees the lifecycle of early-career Finance Aspires-from recruitment through onboarding, development, rotations, and final placement. You will ensure a consistent, high-quality program experience through structured programming, strong stakeholder partnerships, and a relentless commitment to developing the next generation of finance leaders. Managing approximately 35 Finance Aspires globally, you will serve as their first-line manager, providing coaching, performance guidance, and development support to shape their early-career journey. You will partner closely with HR, Finance leadership, business champions, and rotational assignment leaders to strengthen talent development, ensure accountability, and continuously improve the Aspire learning experience.
