Key Responsibilities

Configure software as part of the implementation process for a drug diversion application

Transform and configure healthcare data from customers into the software

Engage with customers in a customer-facing role to ensure successful implementation

Required Qualifications

2+ years of database experience

Prior experience supporting software as a service implementations

Ability to write SQL queries

Prior experience in a customer-facing role

Healthcare application background is strongly preferred
