Key Responsibilities
Administer and manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Oversee multistate payroll operations compliance with regulations
Manage leave of absence requests, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to policies
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, focusing on multistate payroll and employee relations
Proficiency in HRIS systems, such as Paylocity, and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong knowledge of FMLA, disability benefits, and leave of absence processes
Familiarity with complex HR procedures, including onboarding and offboarding workflows
Understanding of union-related HR practices is a plus
