Full-Time infant Nanny (1 month old twins)
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM (guaranteed 45 hours)
Start Date : Late April-Mid May 2026
Location : Swampscott, Ma
Compensation : $30-$35 / hour
Benefits : 2 weeks paid vacation, 3-5 paid sick / personal days, Major holidays off and paid
Transportation : Nanny car provided during working hours; parking available
About the Role :
We are seeking a mature, career nanny to join our family long-term and provide loving, attentive care for our twin infants. Our ideal candidate is dependable, highly experienced and proactive in engaging children through age-appropriate, Montessori-inspired activities to encourage development.
Responsibilities :
- Provide attentive, high-quality care for twin infants (feeding, diapering, naps, playtime)
- Plan and implement age-appropriate developmental activities using Montessori principles
- Prepare bottles and meals for the babies
- Manage babies' laundry and maintain cleanliness in their spaces (nursery, playroom)
- Safely transport children in the provided nanny car, as needed
