As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled Bankruptcy Attorney to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of transforming business processes through technology.   • Bankruptcy Attorney Location: Philadelphia, PA, US (Remote) Duties & Responsibilities: Preparation, review, and approval of bankruptcy related pleadings.
  • Handle all aspects of bankruptcy matters including Proof of Claims, Motions for Relief, Objections, Responses to Objections, Payment Change Notices, Settlements and Adversary Proceedings.
  • Participation in mediations, depositions, telephonic hearings, in-person hearings.
  • Regular client meetings/updates.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Requirements Juris Doctorate.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar. 0-3 years bankruptcy experience.
  • Qualified applicants must reside in Pennsylvania.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize large caseload.
  • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effectively communicates with all clients (via client systems, e-mail, and phone).
  • Provides exceptional client service.
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
  • Conscientious with respect to work completion, deadlines, time management and attendance.
  • Analytical and detail oriented, while working at a fast pace and capable of multi-tasking.
  • Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
