Maintenance Assistant Position Summary
As the Maintenance Assistant at Ahava Healthcare of Clarksville, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:
Ensure the community remains compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for Life Safety Code compliance.
Review the department’s policies, procedure manuals, job descriptions, etc.
Maintain the facility by working on all applicable tasks.
Perform any related tasks assigned by the Maintenance Director, the Administrator or Regional Maintenance Director.
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
Maintenance Assistant Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in a maintenance or plant related position
Previous experience as a Maintenance Assistant in long-term care is preferred
