Overview:
The Project Controls and Construction Scheduling Specialist plays a critical role within the Project Delivery team, leading integrated project controls, cost oversight, and scheduling execution for capital Transmission and Distribution projects across the Company’s service territory.
This position works in close partnership with project managers, engineers, construction teams, and key stakeholders to ensure projects are strategically planned, actively monitored, and delivered in full alignment with approved scope, budget, timeline, and governance standards.

Qualifications:
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in construction scheduling, or a comparable role.
Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience developing and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6 scheduling software.
Understanding of construction processes, project management principles, and project lifecycle controls.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and work collaboratively across all organizational levels.
