JOB SUMMARY
The primary function of the Accounts Payable Clerk is to control accounts payable in a timely and thorough manner within the department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to read and comprehend English instructions and information. High school diploma or
the equivalent. Attention to detail. Working knowledge of Excel and other accounting programs. Excellent communication skills. Must have a professional personal appearance.
WORKING CONDITIONS
May require lifting up to 35 pounds. Will stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, handle and feel. Wil l be exposed to noise, vibration, dust, exhaust fumes, paint, and other hazardous and non- hazardous materials. The other part of this position will req u ire deskwork, including use of computer video monitors, telephone, ten-key calculator and completing paperwork.
