About the Role:
The Watts Agency is looking for an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hoover, AL. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and support to policyholders
• Answer customer inquiries regarding insurance information
• Process insurance applications and claims
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers
• Assist customers with billing and payment questions
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Identify and resolve customer issues
• Provide guidance and advice to customers on insurance options

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of insurance products and services
• Valid insurance license
• Computer proficiency
