Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking two highly organized and service-oriented professionals to join our team as Program Administrative & Follow-Up Support Specialists in Salinas, California. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in structured administrative environments while maintaining a professional and engaging communication style.
In this position, you will provide essential office-based administrative support while conducting routine participant follow-up calls. Your work will directly contribute to program efficiency, participant engagement, and overall compliance with documentation standards. This is a metrics-driven, detail-focused role that requires consistency, accuracy, and strong time management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support within a structured office environment
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic and physical files
- Track documentation to ensure compliance and completeness
- Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up activities
- Conduct structured post-placement check-in calls with participants
- Document all participant interactions clearly and concisely
- Maintain organized records in accordance with program guidelines
- Support internal team members with reporting and administrative tasks as needed
- Meet established performance metrics and deadlines
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
- Professional and confident verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines
- Self-directed work ethic with dependable attendance
- Professional demeanor and accountability
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred, but not required
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
