Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Managed Services Senior Analyst

The Opportunity

As a part of the IRM Managed Services team, you will support clients in transforming their risk functions, offering operational support for technology solutions that provide executive leadership with critical insights for decision-making. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a vital role in our global team based out of our Dallas Service Center.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of Integrated Risk Management services centered around Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms, including Archer Technologies and ServiceNow.
• Oversee ongoing maintenance and enhancement requirements for client services.
• Supervise daily activities of a team of 8-12 service center Tier 1 or 2 Analysts.
• Manage project budgets related to IRM service capabilities.
• Assist in the development of policies and procedures that guide IRM service center activities.
• Support project planning and help identify opportunities for improving service delivery.
• Proactively communicate issues and collaborate effectively to enhance speed, innovation, and service excellence.
• Maintain professional relationships with the IRM engagement team while utilizing service center support.
• Provide timely and accurate information in all communications, written and verbal.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that rewards your performance and recognizes your contributions. The salary range for this position in the US is between $86,500 to $142,700, with higher ranges for specific regions such as New York City, Washington State, and California. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including education, experience, and geographic location.
