What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):
Food Runners: * Execute precision delivery of food to correct tables and seats (No "auctioning" food!).
- Master the menu to answer guest questions and ensure plates are garnished to Lib’s Grill spec.
- Maintain the Expo station: Polish silverware, stock condiments, and prep "To-Go" bags.
Bussers & Barbacks:
- The Busser Cycle: Execute our "7 Steps of the Busser Cycle" to clear and reset tables with urgency and polish.
- The Barback Cycle: Master the "8 Steps of the Barback Cycle," ensuring our bartenders never run out of ice, glass, or prep.
- The "Next Shift" Mentality: Take ownership of cleanliness—from tidying restrooms every 30 minutes to sweeping and mopping at the end of the night.

Requirements:
- Availability: Must be available for evening and weekend shifts (where the most money is made!).
- Age: Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Physicality: This is a high-stamina role; you must be able to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 55 lbs.
- Reliability: Reliable transportation is required.
- Mindset: A "Cheerful and Positive Attitude" and a total buy-in to our systems (Benchmark Tests and Preshift Check-ins).
