School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full Time | Bellevue, WA | Remainder of the 2025–2026 School Year

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2025–2026 school year in Bellevue, Washington. We’re a therapist-operated company that puts clinicians and students first. This is an in-person position in a school setting. New to schools? No problem; we provide mentorship and support!

Job Highlights:

  • Location: Bellevue, WA
  • Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based
  • Schedule: 1.0 FTE asap through May; 0.4 FTE May through end of the year
  • School Year: Remainder of the 2025–2026
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • In-person only, CCC required at this time

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy services in a K–12 school setting
  • Conduct evaluations and write reports
  • Develop and implement IEP goals
  • Collaborate with special education teams, educators, and families
  • Complete documentation and progress monitoring in a timely manner
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Valid Washington State SLP license (or ability to obtain quickly)
  • Washington ESA Certification required (or willingness to acquire)
  • Master's degree in SLP or related field
