Piper Companies is seeking a SQL Server Developer to support a leader in the American tobacco manufacturing industry for a 12-18 month termhybrid role based in Greensboro, NC. The SQL Server Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining SQL server databases for business needs, as well as working closely with business analysts, developers and IT teams.
Responsibilities of the SQL Server DeveloperInclude:
Qualifications for the SQL Server Developerinclude:
·3+ years of experience in SQL Server database development and administration
·Proven experience with T-SQL, SQL, and shored procedures
·Proven experience with database design, normalization, and indexing strategies
·Proficient in SSIS, SSRS, or other SQL Server tools
·Experience with SQL Service Broker preferred
·Experience with cloud-based SQL Server solutions such as Azure etc. preferred
·Experience working with Agile methodologies preferred
·Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL tools preferred
Compensation for the SQL Server Developer:
·Salary Range: $99,840-$104,000 per hour based on professional experience
·Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, sick leave if required by law, and 401K
