We’re growing quickly and looking for a talented Account Executive to join our Sales team.
You’ll spend your time building relationships with business owners and leaders, learning what’s really happening inside their organizations, and guiding them to the right technology solutions. We don’t sell gimmicks and we don’t pressure people into things they don’t need.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be responsible for the full sales process, including:
- Prospecting and building pipeline (in a professional, human way)
- Running discovery calls to understand business needs and pain points
- Coordinating internal resources for assessments, scoping, and solution design
- Presenting recommendations clearly (no jargon, no confusion)
- Creating proposals and guiding deals from first conversation to signed agreement
- Following up consistently and keeping your CRM activity clean and accurate
- Building long-term relationships that turn into referrals and retained clients
What We’re Looking For
We need someone who’s just as comfortable working with people as they are with goals and accountability.
The right person will:
- Enjoy meeting new people and building trust quickly
- Be coachable and open to feedback (we actually give it)
- Communicate clearly—written and verbal
- Stay organized and follow through (every time)
- Thrive in a target-driven environment without getting weird about it
- Be able to learn the basics of IT services well enough to explain them simply
- Bring positive energy to a team that works hard and cares
Experience we’d love to see:
- 2+ years in B2B sales, account management, or business development
- Experience selling services, solutions, or recurring contracts (a plus)
- Comfort using a CRM consistently (tracking activity, pipeline, notes)
- Strong discovery skills (you ask great questions and actually listen)
- Any experience around IT, MSPs, cybersecurity, phone systems, or cloud is a bonus
If words like pipeline, discovery, follow-up, CRM, proposal, and accountability make you nervous, this probably isn’t the role for you.
