The Emerging Leader Program General Manager Fellow is a highly selective, 18-month leadership development program designed to prepare early-career professionals for future General Manager roles within West Shore Home.
This program is built for individuals who demonstrate exceptional academic achievement, strong leadership capability, and the ambition to lead a multi-million-dollar business. Fellows rotate through Sales, Operations, and Corporate functions to develop full lifecycle business acumen, lead high-impact initiatives, and build the operational, financial, and people leadership skills required to run a Branch.
Candidates must meet the minimum educational and professional experience requirements outlined below and be prepared for geographic mobility within their selected region.
