Automotive Technician Auto Mechanic

Protech Automotive Services is a leading family-owned automotive repair shop specializing in maintenance and repairs of a broad range of modern vehicles including European, Asian, and Domestic Cars, SUV's, Vans, and Pickup Trucks. Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with a service advisor to understand client needs and expectations
• Conduct thorough evaluations, inspections, and diagnostics of vehicles, addressing the client’s concerns as well as identifying additional service requirements that the vehicle might need.
• Formulate and execute a clear and sensible plan of action for each vehicle, ensuring the highest quality of service and attention to detail every step during the service/repair process.

Qualifications:

• Formal training in automotive tech school and/or factory training is preferred but not required.
• 5 years of relevant experience is preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency in various modern technologies used in servicing today’s vehicles
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with service advisors and clients.
• Professionalism. We are committed to our brand, and that means maintaining a clean and professional appearance and attitude at all times. We are known for this, and it is extremely important to us.
• MUST have a valid driver’s license

• Competitive pay structure (Base+Production, no flat rate) Applicants can expect to make $52,000 - $125,000+ per year depending on experience, skills, and productivity.
• Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm work schedule, with weekends off! (We are closed Saturdays & Sundays).
