Key Responsibilities Manage the P&L and grow revenue across the NAMER SEO practice Align the organization around a single vision for delivering AI SEO visibility and organic traffic Senior sponsorship of major SEO client relationships and develop strategies for client engagement Required Qualifications 12+ years of SEO experience, including leading teams and executing strategies for enterprise clients Strong understanding of AI's impact on SEO and the necessary adaptations for brands Proven track record in hiring, developing, and growing successful teams Experience in independent agency settings is preferred Strong negotiation skills and ability to build effective processes and culture
