Our client is seeking an experienced an Accounting Specialist with a focus on bookkeeping with strong QuickBooks skills to manage all aspects of day-to-day accounting. Responsibilities include processing accounts payable/receivable, reconciling bank statements, preparing financial reports, and managing payroll. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is required, with a solid understanding of GAAP principles.
