CENCO Claims partners with leading insurance carriers to deliver reliable and accurate property claims services across the Gulf Coast region. We are currently seeking Daily Property Claims Adjusters to support residential and commercial property inspections throughout New Orleans and the surrounding Southeast Louisiana area.
This field-based role is well suited for adjusters who value consistent claim assignments, clear expectations, and the flexibility of independent field work, while being supported by an experienced internal claims team.
Conduct on-site inspections for property losses involving wind, hail, water, fire, and other covered events
Document damages with detailed field notes and clear photo documentation
Prepare accurate repair estimates using Xactimate or Symbility
Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and carrier representatives
Manage claim files efficiently while meeting carrier timelines and reporting standards
Active Louisiana adjuster license
Experience using Xactimate or Symbility estimating software
Reliable transportation and standard field equipment (ladder, laptop, camera, etc.)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and respond to assignments promptly
Consistent claim volume throughout the New Orleans market
