Our Opportunity : RBI manages over 5,000 properties globally for the Burger King, Tim Hortons, Popeyes, and Firehouse Subs brands. Reporting to the Sr. Property Manager, Burger King Development & Franchising, the PM position will be responsible for administering the day-to-day site financial and operations matters for a geographic region of Burger King properties (~500 properties, ~1.5mm sqft)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Works closely with Asset Management, Lease Administration, Development, Legal, Finance and Accounting
• Requests primarily come through work order ticketing system (Freshdesk)
• Serve as liaison and point of escalation between Landlords and BK Franchisees to resolve site maintenance and property financial (Rent / CAM) issues
• Respond to inquiries from Franchisees about property management and lease matters
• Represent Burger King as main point of contact for Municipalities in any violations, permits, liens, or other property-related concerns
• Reconcile and work on collections of bad debt
• Coordinate recurring inspections and maintenance of vacant property portfolio, and respond to any urgent issues which arise (vandalism, vagrancy, illegal dumping, etc.)
• Facilitate any concerns which arise related to property taxes, insurance, and utilities alongside Lease Administration and Insurance department
• Work with Legal department on any escalated property operational or financial disputes
• Communicate and creatively problem solve with Landlords, Franchisees, external vendors, and Municipalities on any other real estate matters which arise in day-to-day operations
