Responsibilities COMMUNITY SUPPORT PROGRAM **This Community Support Program position is a combo role with our Therapeutic Training & Support Counselor positon** Pay: $25.00-$27.00/hour Schedule: Full time, In-Person About the Role: Come join our dynamic team of community-based case managers at Arbour Community Services! Our Community Support Program Case Managers work with adults 18+ in the community, living with all types of mental health needs. We provide skills training and connections to community resources to support independent living in their communities, decrease the risk of hospitalization or relapse of substance use, and improve overall quality of life.
