Florida Licensed Nurse Practitioner

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner - After Hours.

Key Responsibilities

Provide remote virtual serious illness care management to patients and families

Consult with medical staff and perform virtual assessments to ensure optimal patient care

Document all interactions in the electronic medical records and participate in quality assurance activities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Must have at least 3 years of recent clinical experience in hospice, palliative care, or acute inpatient care

Must hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Must have national certification, licensure, and prescriptive authority for advanced nursing practice

Must maintain Basic Life Support certification by the date of hire

Eligible Nurse Practitioners must obtain Advanced Certification in Hospice and Palliative Nursing within 3 years of hire
