A company is looking for a Commercial Loan Funder & Boarding Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee a team to ensure accurate loan funding and bookings in accordance with internal guidelines

Verify closing documents and manage the boarding of complex commercial loans

Assist in developing procedures, training staff, and managing service levels and workflow

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Associate's degree in a related field required

4 or more years of experience in commercial loan servicing required

2 or more years of supervisory experience preferred

Advanced knowledge of commercial loan documentation and regulatory compliance

Strong organizational skills and ability to lead a team in a deadline-driven environment
