• Partner with departments to identify and implement cutting-edge solutions (web, n-tier, advanced reporting, mobile, collaboration) that address their unique needs.
• Design, develop, enhance, and test these innovative applications, ensuring quality and business continuity.
• Collaborate with external vendors and resources to seamlessly integrate solutions.

• Analyze business processes and provide ongoing support for systems and applications, maximizing business impact.

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems (IS) or a 2-year degree in IS with equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of programming and systems analysis experience across all solution development phases.
• Expertise in: N-Tier development, CSS, HTML, PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript, NodeJS, C#, SQL, JSON, XML (REST protocol), MS SQL Server, Azure, MS Access, SharePoint, SSIS data integration, MS Visual Studio, SQL Server Mgmt Studio, MS Power platform (PowerBI, PowerApps, Dataverse), Git version control.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
