Responsibilities :

• On a daily basis, open and analyze newly completed wholesale inventory audits.
• Ensure dealer's compliance to Company dealer wholesale agreements.
• Communicate daily with dealers, auditors, outside vendors, dealer credit, sales and others to clear all audit exceptions and properly close the open audit.
• Analyze audit and interpret audit results.
• Work closely with dealer credit analysts, wholesale administrators, discounting, and sales to resolve audits issues.
• Communicate to appropriate co-workers and management relevant information concerning troubled dealers and conditions.
• Communicate daily with dealer personnel to resolve open audit items.
• Provide guidance and direction to auditors (internal and external) so audits may be properly completed then cleared.
• Assist in closing audits and with proper documentation attached to the audit.
• When required, assist Wholesale Audit Supervisor by working with outside vendor that provides audit services to company on scheduling, and ensure audits are conducted within approved frequencies.
