Essential Functions, Responsibilities Duties may include, but are not limited to : / pulliSupport the development, execution, and monitoring of budgets for assigned programs, projects, and program elements (PEs). / liliTrack and report the status of funds, including commitments, obligations, and expenditures, to ensure efficient resource utilization. / liliInput and maintain financial data in government information technology systems and prepare fund document approval requests. / liliPrepare detailed and summary reports of financial data and provide analysis to support decision-making for the clients leadership. / liliAnalyze and interpret financial policies and regulations, providing guidance and advising leadership on financial management theories and practices. / liliCommunicate with government personnel, customers, and financial systems personnel to resolve issues and ensure accurate financial processes. / liliAssist with various stages of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process and analyze submissions for assigned programs. / li / ulpRequirements : / pulli2 years of experience with federal or defense financial management, including knowledge of budget development, execution, and financial systems. / liliAbility to analyze, reconcile, and interpret financial and operational data to identify trends and discrepancies. / liliSkills in using government financial systems and creating presentations using PowerPoint. / liliSecret clearance required / li / ulpEducation : / pulliBachelors degree in a computer science, information technology, or computer related discipline or relevant experience in lieu of a degree. / li / ulpWork Experience, Knowledge, Skills Abilities : / pulliCandidates must be a US Citizen with an active Secret Level Clearance, per Government requirements / liliExperience supporting Federal Financial Management business operations / liliExcellent communication, customer service and organizational skills / liliMust be fully fluent in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel / li / ulpOur Equal Employment Opportunity Policy : The company is an equal opportunity employer.
