Job Description Summary

We are seeking a CLM Administrator to own daytoday administration configuration and user enablement of our enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform Leah. This role sits in Legal Operations and partners closely with Legal Procurement Finance IT and business stakeholders.

Job Description

• Administer and manage CLM software components including access and user permissions.
• Perform upgrades maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate UAT releases and hyper-care.
• Partner with IT on integrations and security.
• Build and deliver training materials that support on-going adoptions of CLM platform.
• Ensures training content remains accurate and up to date with system enhancements and tailored to different personas and business super users.
• Support on going data integrity governance and compliance.
• Support of the super user network CLM intake form and SharePoint site.
• Ensure contracts are moving along adequately in the process.
• Working hands-on with end users of CLM.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement the geographic area in which the work will be performed market pay rates in that area and the candidates experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is : $ 72165.00 - $84900.00
