:Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and light food items with consistent quality.
Take orders, serve meals, and provide attentive dining service to hotel guests.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café and dining area.
Describe menu items and beverage options to guests and answer questions courteously.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, or concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.
Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and hotel policies at all times.
Previous experience in a barista or restaurant server role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of coffee/espresso preparation or a willingness to learn.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset.
Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
