This dual role blends the responsibilities of a barista and a restaurant server. Team members are expected to deliver high-quality beverage and food service while maintaining a welcoming, professional atmosphere for guests. Flexibility, attention to detail, and a guest-focused attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and light food items with consistent quality.

• Take orders, serve meals, and provide attentive dining service to hotel guests.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café and dining area.

• Describe menu items and beverage options to guests and answer questions courteously.

• Handle guest inquiries, requests, or concerns promptly and professionally.

• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.

• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and hotel policies at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a barista or restaurant server role is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of coffee/espresso preparation or a willingness to learn.

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset.

• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.

Compensation Range
