Financial Liaison

Financial Analyst – Contract (2–4 Months)

Location : Milwaukee, WI (Onsite)

The Role :

Seeking a self-sufficient Financial Analyst to support day-to-day financial operations. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who can hit the ground running with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities :

Manage invoices and reconcile credit card statements.

Review and approve biweekly payroll.

Maintain GL, import data, and assist with reconciliations.

Support budgeting, analysis, and petty cash management.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Proficiency with Excel (pivots, tables) and ability to learn Sage.

Detail-oriented, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Employment Type : Contract – 2–4 months
