Position Highlights : General urology opportunity with immediate patient volume and OR access 18 dedicated advanced practice providers (APPs) supporting physicians Robotics experience preferred but not required Call is shared, typically 1 : 7 or 1 : 8, but varies by call pod Dedicated clinical assistant for triage and surgery scheduling; MAs shared at each office EMR system designed specifically for urology workflows Access to Da Vinci robotics (inpatient and outpatient), holmium laser, and fusion prostate biopsy Group open to investing in new technologies and procedures Subspecialty support in oncology, female pelvic medicine, and andrology Competitive salary with signing bonus and comprehensive benefits package Transition to productivity-based compensation model after initial period.
