Job Summary :

We are seeking Cable Assemblers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience working with circuit boards and coating machines, with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow technical documentation. This position involves hands-on work assembling, coating, inspecting, and maintaining components to meet quality and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Read and interpret blueprints, labeling diagrams, and mixing ratios accurately.
  • Operate various dispensing and coating machines according to established processes and customer requirements.
  • Mask and / or tape circuit boards to protect designated areas from coating or potting.
  • Inspect assembled components to verify proper coating coverage and compliance with quality standards.
  • Maintain and perform basic troubleshooting on coating and dispensing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manually remove excess coating and perform touch-ups to ensure uniform, high-quality finishes.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in cable assembly, electronic assembly, or related field preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, diagrams, and work instructions.
  • Comfortable operating and maintaining coating / dispensing machinery.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

    • 1st and 2nd Shift Available, Full Time

    Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

    Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with manual tools and assembly procedures.
